Fresh Coriander chutney without cooking

Fresh Coriander chutney 

Ingredients:
1. Small onion - 5 numbers
2. Coriander leaves - 1 cup
3. Grated Coconut - 1 cup
4. Green chilli - 2
5. Salt - as per requirement
6. Tamarind - little as per taste


Preparation

Take a mixie jar and add all the mentioned ingredients and grind it finely.

Now our instant Coriander chutney is ready to eat with dosa idli and ghee rice.

It is so healthy and it purifies our blood. It makes our appetite good. 
You all can prepare immediately and enjoy this recipie with your family members.

Idli podi

Idli podi
Ingredients:
1. Bengal gram/ kadalai parupu - 1/ cup
2. Toordhal/ thuvaram parupu.  - 1/2 cup
3. Urad dhal/ ulutham parupu.   - 1/4 cup or                                                               4 spoon    . 4.Red chilli/ vathal milagai- 10 numbers
5. Asofoetida- 1/2 spoon
6. Curry leaves - 10 leaves
7. Seasame oil- 2 spoon

Preparation:
Step 1: Heat a tawa gently and add two spoon oil. Now add allthe above ingredients one by one and roast  them separately.

Step 2: Roast till the raw smell go away and become light brown colour.

Step 3: Finally add asafoetida to the hot mixture of all ingredients and keep it aside to get cool.

Step 4: Now grind them into a coarse powder.

Now our idli podi is ready to serve.
We can add ghee or seasame oil to mix idli podi.☺️👌

Temple puliyodarai powder

Puliyodarai melpodi
Preparation for 1 cup rice
Ingredients:
1. bengal gram/kadalai parupu- 2 tea spoon
2. Dry Coriander seeds/ dhaniya- 2 spoon
3. Dry chilli/ vathal milagai- 5
4. Jeera- 1 1/2 tea spoon
5. Fenugreek seeds/ venthayam- 1/2 spoon
6. Asofotida/ perungayam- 2 pinch
7. Curry leaves/ karivepilai - little                     amount,around ten leaves
8. Groundnut/ verkadalai- 3 spoon

Procedure:
Step 1: Take a tawa and gently heat it.

Step 2: Add the above mentioned ingredients one by one and roast them separately in low flame.

Step 3: For example add bengal gram to the tawa and roast till its raw smell go away and turn to light brown colour.

Step 4: Similarly roast all ingredients and keep it aside and let them get cool.

Step 5: Now put all the ingredients in a mixie jar and grind it as coarse powder. It should not be grinded so finely.

 Now our puliyodarai podi is ready to put in tamarind rice.

Coconut poli

Reciepe name:  coconut poli

Ingredients:
1. Grated coconut- 1 cup
2. Elaichi/ cardamom - 3 piece
3. Sugar/jaggery- 1/2 cup
4. All purpose flour/ maida- 2 cup
5. Salt- 1pinch
6. Oil - 1/2 cup
7. Ghee- 2 spoon

Procedure:
Step 1: Take one bowl and add 2 cup maida

Step 2: Add a pinch of salt, 3/4 cup water                   and mix the flour nicely

Step 3: pour three spoon oil to the flour and               keep it aside for 1 hour. Close it with               wet cotton cloth.

Step 4: To prepare sweeter part of poli, first               take a tawa and add 2 spoon of                         ghee. Then add grated coconut and              saute till it turn to light brown colour. 

Step 5: Now add powdered elaichi and sugar to the coconut and mix it well.

Step 6: Take a roti maker and now take the dough (all purpose flour mix)  and roll it ,keep the sweet coconut ingredient inside and roll it like roti as we do aloo parata .

Step 7: Now heat dosa pan in a low flame.

Step 8: add oil or ghee little to the dosa pan and add coconut poli. Heat both sides gently because care should be taken that it should not become crispy. It should cooked softly.
